The Summit is located on Thomas Drive and has two large pools and a Tiki Bar. One pool is heated in the winter. Also, has hot tubs and small pools for small children.
The condo is a one bedroom, one and a half bathroom is located on the 8th floor and close to the elevators. Sleeps up to 6 people. The balcony allows you to drink your coffee in the morning looking at the ocean and watch the sunset.
The bedroom has two queens beds and connected to the bathroom. The hallway has two twin-size bunk beds. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. All mattresses are comfortable. Linens and bath towels are furnished; beach towels are not furnished.
Two bathroom vanities and two toilets, with one shower. Bathrooms include hair-dryers.
Kitchen features stove, full size refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, coffer maker, toaster, electric can opener, non stick pots and pans and other cooking utensils. The kitchen is open to the living room and also to a dining area with a breakfast bar.
The maximum occupancy of our property is limited to six (6) guest. We do not allow smoking in our unit. Also, no pets allowed.
To register as a guest, you must be 25 years or older and responsible for all other
parties and/or guests for compliance with this reservation.
Arrival day registration is required at Summit Resort check-in:
Resort will collect directly from you $20.00 and issue parking Passes (Max 2) and wristband (Max 6) for you at Registration
To reserve our unit the Refundable deposit is $200, fully refundable provided no damages are reported during inspection.
