The sun drenched mahogany deck off of the great room leading to lush manicured acre yard is ideal for sun bathing, catching up on your reading or enjoying your morning coffee. Just a few steps away is the privacy of the secluded oversized gunite pool with diving board. The outdoor shower enclosure provides a calming post-beach shower under the blue skies as preparation for cocktail hour and a beautiful dinner on the outdoor deck.
The rear yard is ideal for your family barbeque or for entertaining family and friends, not to mention a restful respite from the daily rigors of life.
Get up and enjoy a coffee and a famous ginger scone at Tate's Bake Shop in Southampton, or spend the day shopping in the quaint and beautiful Sag Harbor.
