This custom built home located 2.5 blocks from the beach is a brand new construction that has 5 BRs, 3 BA, meticulously maintained large back yard, outdoor shower, rear deck with lower rear paver patio, outdoor luxury heated pool and countless other beauties including the covered mahogany front porch coupled with the pair of mahogany rocking chairs!
Absolutely gorgeous finishes throughout including an enormous chef's kitchen with a Wolf stove and ultra large fridge/freezer with in-island wine cooler. The enormous sit around island will be the focal point of every gathering.
Decorated with the family in mind adding upscale furnishings and smart innovations for your comfort & ease. A Sonos entertainment system is found on the first floor and both outside rear decks. The kitchen opens to a large living room with fireplace. The dining room overlooks the manicured rear lawn, outdoor luxury heated pool and opens from the kitchen. There is a first floor guest suite off the living room that can easily accommodate two patrons.
The master suite w/vaulted ceiling has a luxurious king size bed with an attached designer marble bathroom. Two additional guest suites one with a queen size bed and one with a full size bed are located on the second floor. A third upstairs room features a bunk bed with a pair of twin size beds. A linen closet will provide all the necessary sleeping essentials.
Outside backyard has a very well maintained landscape to watch the children play either from the first floor paver patio or from the upstairs open deck with gas Weber grill. A 14x28 rectangular luxury heated pool is brand new!
Beach chairs, beach badges, children's beach and household toys, and boogie boards are all available during your stay.
