Welcome to Spanish Cay B4, aptly named "Shell Yah" by the owner, on beautiful Sanibel Island, Florida. Our two bedroom/two bathroom second floor (walk up) vacation rental condominium has been wonderfully updated throughout. The spacious living area has all new furniture, flooring and a flat panel TV perfect for streaming your favorite programs. Walk out onto the screened lanai and relax on the comfortable rocking chairs and watch the Sanibel River flow by. The comfortable dining room and kitchen have also been completely updated and have everything you'll need to prepare and enjoy a meal and cocktail. Our condo features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master suite has a king sized bed, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and private balcony with seating. The guest bedroom has a queen sized bed and full bathroom with tub just down the hall way. Spanish Cay condominiums is a very nice complex with a heated community pool and a deeded beach access path just down Middle Gulf Drive next to Gulfside Place. It's only a 450 yard walk or drive away! We include at least 2 beach chairs, 1 umbrella and beach towels for you. Please note that Spanish Cay does require a minimum 14 days rental period.
