The Blue Hill Peninsula, with wonderful shops, restaurants and hiking trails is only a 15-minute drive. Guests will also enjoy Perry's Lobster Shack, a restaurant located on a wharf just a mile from the house. It's a local favorite!
Other Things to Note:
Please note the main home is a single-story home with two bedrooms and one bath and parking for up to four vehicles. The second unit is an apartment with loft above a garage located next door. Guests will need to use stairs on the outside of the building to access the unit. Walking distance between the two homes is one to two minutes via a path with solar lights. Both homes have incredible ocean views and guests can cross the quiet road in front of the homes to access the shoreline. A stairway leading down to the beach is available. There is an additional home on the property that is not included as part of this rental.
