This three bedroom condo sleeps 8. Painted in 2023 and new window treatments. #3 bedroom sleeps 4, includes twin size bunk beds to sleep 2 and two twin beds. Newly renovated kitchen to cook for the family. Plenty of seating around a larger dinning table. Comfortable sofa, love seat and recliner. Flat screen TV's in living room and bedrooms with google chrome for streaming from your device. The deck has a gas grill and seating area. Storage closet is on the deck and holds all you need for the beach. The advantage of a first floor condo is you have your beach supplies on your deck, instead of in the parking area and no needed elevator. Walk out from deck to back of unit to pool and beach.
We include: 8 Beach tags and bar club membership. Beach chairs and umbrellas. You can use our beach towels however, all laundry must be washed/dried/returned to bins upon departure. We are unable to provide laundry service. Linen fairies will rent linens and wash for you.
Easy check in with electronic door and keys then provided. Private gated assigned parking with 2 spaces per unit. Additional parking on the street.
