Positive: There is a wonderful breakfast included the staff is kind. The parking is not easy in snow storms. We didn’t have a working phone in the room To call The front desk.i had to go to the front desk in person on many occasions to communicate with them for sheets for the couch bed then pillows as they didn’t bring the pillows. They don’t clean daily. They will charge for it extra I was told. They want you to reuse towels. I got sick while there. There was mold On the ceiling in the bathroom. There are no switches for vents. All that said it has some work to do. But the staff is kind. The food is good and the location is great.

Negative: To have the room cleaned daily and not be told I would Be charged for it when traveling with a disabled individual who requires special care, wears depends, and not have trash bags or enough trash cans to dispose of trash. Not Having the convenience of a working phone in the room to Be able to call The front desk for help. The Mold In the bathroom on the ceiling needs remedying.
