• Our beautiful & sunny town house is a newly renovated, historic home that dates back to 1900. A 2 min walk from the metro to NYC! 15 minutes to World Trade Center and more! 1 free parking spaces behind the house!
• Perfect for groups visiting JC or NYC. The house has 10 ft. high ceilings, tasteful decor, and a huge skylight.
• Lovely furnished dining room for a cozy diner and adjoining living room to relax or watch a movie with your company. The house has central A/C and heat.
The space
This is a large house is comprised of 5 cozy bedrooms, each with their own efficient storage, an incredibly comfortable space for a discerning traveler.
Spacious common area which includes living and dining space. We offer fast wifi as well as a TV supporting Netflix for the guest's relaxation.
Kitchen amenities include, a breakfast bar, microwave, toaster oven, keurig coffee maker with various flavor pods, full size cooking range and oven, large refrigerator. Provided wine glasses, cups, plates, cutlery, cooking utensils, as well as non stick pots and pans.
The kitchen is newly restocked for every visitor with tea bags, olive oil ( for cooking ), essential spices, sugar, snacks including chocolate chip cookies, popcorn, and a days worth of bottled water.
Full washer and dryer are located in the main level of the house
The house is centrally heated and cooled, and it's left at comfortable temperature, but is accessible to guests to adjust to suit their favor ( please have courtesy with the AC and heat, remember to keep windows closed during use. )
Bedroom details -
• The first floor bedroom has a full bed with a full bathroom located next to it, making it is accessible to those with limited mobility
*walking up stairs you will find a beautiful skylight that adds a nice ambiance to the second floor.*
• The master bedroom is located on the second level with a queen bed and full closet. Has a very nice view with beautiful tall bay windows that let in a lot of natural lighting.
• The second, second floor bedroom has 1 twin beds, and an cabinet for clothes.
• The third bedroom on the second floor holds a queen sized bed, and is equipped with a full closet.
The fourth bedroom has a double bed with its own closet space.
Located between the third and fourth bedroom is a newly renovated bathroom with a walk in shower, and exposed brick wall. Fresh towels, and disposable washcloths are provided for each guest of the group. Soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers is located in the shower, accessible hair dryer is located under the sink.
Guest access:
This property is run entirely for our guests, thus everything on the first and second floors are yours to use. Entry is simple and efficient, there is a lock box in the back and front doors and the code will be provided close to the time of your arrival. Parking access is limited to one car and is large enough to accommodate and SUV. ( please park close to the fence side parking space )
The patio in the back is also yours for relaxing.
First aid kit and phone numbers for local hospitals are located in the placard in the front with other contact and WiFi information.
Other basic rules include -
• no loud music
• no party, event, or any sorts of large gathering are permitted
• no indoor smoking
• guest are not allowed to move furniture's.
• No pets
• No filming ( for film or commercial student or otherwise ) without prior(URL HIDDEN) approval at a different rate

We live off site, but are available to help if you have any issues at all. We are very responsive to calls and messages, but prioritize giving you space and privacy.
