Positive: Staff was very kind, facility seemed new, pool & hot tub were clean and stocked

Negative: Our door didn’t shut correctly (made a terrible squeak) & slightly overpriced for a standard Hampton inn. Still better than the prices you’ll pay in bar harbor during peak season though.

Summary: New hotel, nice staff, reasonable for area in peak leaf season
