Summary: Stayed in cabin 9. Room was clean, but the hot tub was digusting with a layer of brown slime. The hot tub didn’t get very hot and apparently was put into sleep mode by prior occupants. Fixed, once I complained the next night, but only got one night of use out of 3. The bed was very uncomfortable on one side because there were no supports due to a trundle bed underneath. First night we froze as there were no instructions on how to turn the heat on. Poor communication overall. Water pressure was weak and you had to run the water for 20 minutes before it got hot enough to shower. Very expensive for what you get, stay at a reputable hotel instead.
