Our Peony Home is minutes away from everything Tyler has to offer! We welcome short-term rental needs and have furnished this home with everything you’ll need no matter how long you stay with us. We have made this home cozy, luxurious, and thought of every detail.
This home was built in 2022, and we fell in love with it as soon as we saw it. Being located near Faulkner Park and the Villages at Cumberland you have access to everything and are just a few minute drive to anywhere you want to go. EVERYTHING you could possibly need is provided in this short term rental. We offer rentals 4 weeks-8 months, fully furnished and beautifully decorated. We provide high end hand soap/shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion, detergent, dishwashing pods and cleaning supplies for daily cleaning. The only items you'll need to bring are your clothes, toiletries, and your weekly groceries. We provide the rest, and the best! You just may not want to leave. Because of this we insist that no additional furniture items be brought into the home to avoid unnecessary wear and tear. ALL utilities are included, garbage, electricity, water, high speed internet, yard maintenance, and even a cleaning service. While you stay with us, a cleaning service will come every two weeks. They will clean the entire home, stripping the sheets, and putting clean ones on, and will switch used towels for clean ones. They will leave those needing laundered in the laundry room-please wash them accordingly.
