Summary: Checked in and was supposed to have a 2 queen one pull out sofa bed suite for my family of 5. I was told they don’t have my room and shifted blame to hotels.com because it is sometimes an issue with third party sites. They only had a king bed suite that we had to make do. I know it wasn’t an issue with a third party site as my in laws were also staying there and my sister in law forgot to finalize her reservation through hotels.commso she called the hotel an hour before we all got there and they got her a 2 queen suite…which was our room. I’m not sure why they would give our room away considering it was already paid for. The front desk staff I talked with the next day even said “Oh, they gave them your room!” The room has a bad odor in it but sufficed for the evening. On a positive note, the room my in laws got was pretty good. Didn’t smell, plenty of space. Breakfast was very limited.
