Our charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath stilt home has just been completed October 2019, two years after Hurricane Irma blew away our little cottage. Relax in our comfortable, tropical home with all new furniture and appliances. Park your boat in our 35' canal with easy access to the open Atlantic Ocean and backcountry Gulf side. Watch the sun rise and set from our spacious front deck overlooking the canal with ocean views. At night enjoy watching the moonlight sparkle on the water and the stars glisten in the sky.
The master bedroom includes a king size bed and private bathroom. The guest room includes a queen size bed with a lovely ocean view. Enjoy the open living area with tropical island decor. Our kitchen is well equipped for home cooking. We have a dishwasher and washer and dryer as well. Leave you cares behind, kick back and put the lime in the coconut.
Our home is located in Venture Out Oceanside Condominium, 23 miles from Key West and near Bahia Honda State Park. Enjoy the resort oceanside pool, open water swim area, bocce ball, ping pong, and lighted tennis, pickle ball, basketball courts. Venture Out includes a marina complete with ramps and gas, store, open water picnic area and ocean front tiki hut.

We provide daily, weekly and monthly rates as well as season and off season rates. For the 2024 Calendar year, seasonal rates are: $325 per day, $2,275 per week and a 9% discounted monthly rate of $8,775 plus taxes and fees. During the busy season, Jan - March, we only rent on a monthly basis. Off season rates are: $215 per day, $1400 per week, and $4,600 per month. Adjustments will be made per your reservation.
Please note: Venture Out Condominium is comprised of both residents and renters. Please read the Venture Out Rules and Regulations. Only one car may be parked overnight in our covered parking area. The Resort Fee is $125 payable upon entrance. Overflow Parking for cars and trucks (20' and under) will be $10.00 per night, trailers and trucks over 20' will be $10 per night.
