Nestled on a large fenced in corner lot, this is the place to relax and unwind. Spend your days lounging in your own private pool and nights grilling and enjoying cocktails poolside. This home has been completely remodeled with all new appliances and furnishings!
The Space:
1700 Sq Ft of living space in a completely remodeled home. Brand new appliances and furnishings. Completely fenced in and private backyard with inground swimming pool, deck, sun loungers, patio furniture (table/chairs for eating and a bistro set), umbrella, and 3-burner propane grill (propane supplied). Equipped with Central A/C, 2 Car Garage, and large private driveway for parking. Additional parking can be done on street.
Enjoy all that San Antonio has to offer, all within 20 minutes of this centrally located property! Escape to SeaWorld, Six Flags Fiesta Texas, The famous Riverwalk, The Alamo and many other Alamo City attractions.
Unique mid-century modern home with vaulted ceilings and real ceramic tile throughout. The space is bright and airy with 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 baths. Sleeps 8 guests in bedrooms (or up to 10 guests with a queen air mattress).
Free high speed GB internet throughout the home and backyard. This powers 4 flat panel Roku TV's to stream HD content (one in each bedroom!). Each TV is equipped with an HD antenna to get live HD local channels.
No pets allowed.
Fireplace not operational. Pool is not heated.
Quiet time is 10 pm to 8 am. No exceptions.

You will have full access to the entire house.

Getting Around:
Space for 3 standard sized cars in driveway and plenty of street parking in front of property as this is a corner lot. Close to Bandera road and the 410 freeway entrance. Public transportation nearby and within walking distance.
Other Things to Note:
Events/Parties are NOT allowed. Please be courteous of our neighbors. Quiet time is from 10 pm to 8 am.
No pets are allowed.
Swim at your own risk and follow all pool safety signs when using pool.
Please do not strip the beds, this allows us to check them properly. Place all used towels in the laundry baskets provided. We wash and sanitize them.
All trash must be removed from the house and placed in Brown bin outside. All food items must be removed from refrigerator/freezer/cabinets.
Do not move the inside furniture. House rules must be followed to avoid any additional cleaning fees or loss of security deposit.
Interaction with Guests:
We have a local property manager, fluent in English and Spanish, that is available by phone, text, or email at any time during your stay. Contact information is posted at the home.
We also communicate via app messaging prior to your stay for any questions you may have before arrival.
