Deep Creek Lake State Park, which is just minutes away, shares this tranquil cove with the homes on Laurel Lane. You're not too far from winter skiing at the Wisp or their summer activities that include go-karts, a rope course, putt – putt, arcades, and a mountain coaster. At the home, you are sure to want to spend countless hours down at the beachside private clubhouse and patio (with refrigerator), lounging in the outdoor hot tub, sitting with friends and family on the covered deck, or picnicking on your private dock. Please Note: To access this home’s dock, you must pass under the State Park Bridge, which, due to height restrictions, is considered impassible by any vessel with a tower or Bimini top. Access with your own vessel is at your own risk; pontoon boats are not recommended. Due to this restriction, please note marinas in the area will not rent boats to this address as all of their vessels have a tower or Bimini top.
