Additionally, there is an easy groomed trail that runs behind the building that alsoaccesses the Green Acres learning area, which has achairlift that is great for kids and beginners. This condo has a great location for all abilities!The building also has an outdoor space with a BBQ grill that overlooks American Eagle chairlift and Center Village where all the action happens.

Additional vehicles can park overnight in the Alpine Lot for $20 per night during the winter, free during the summer.
