This quiet, waterfront home sits at the end of a mile-long country road in Warren with South Pond (548 acres) outside the back door. It's a serene location that's close to some of the most beloved towns and scenery of Mid-coast Maine, with Camden, Rockport, and Rockland within a 13-mile drive. Bring your own watercraft at the local boat launch (one mile), attend the lively Maine Lobster Festival (nine miles), take a day trip out to Monhegan Island from Port Clyde (19 miles), or hike one of Mid-coast Maine's hundreds of public trails.
Thanks to the wonderful afternoon sunshine that the property receives, you'll delight in lounging on the deck and taking in the lakefront view.
