The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is close to all amenities: 5 minutes from the tram, 10 minutes from the train station and downtown Strasbourg, and 15 minutes from the airport. The highway is less than 5 minutes away, and the bus stop is less than 100 meters away. Shops within 200 meters: Carrefour (open 7 days a week), pharmacy, bakery… The 85-square-meter apartment is on the second floor of the farmhouse. It has two bedrooms. The first bedroom is very spacious and features a 160/200 bed. The second bedroom has two 90/200 single beds. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. The farmhouse is located right in the center of the town of Eckbolsheim. It’s in a quiet residential neighborhood with all amenities nearby. Free parking nearby, a tram stop 5 minutes away, a bus stop right outside the farmhouse, the airport 15 minutes away by car, the Zénith Strasbourg less than 5 minutes away, and the Strasbourg train station 10 minutes away by tram.
