The kitchen opens up to the dining area overlooking the yard. In addition to a generous living room with brick fireplace and comfortable sofas for lounging and watching TV, there is another sitting room off the dining area. Both living and sitting room can be closed off with french doors, if desired, for privacy. For rainy days, the ping-pong and foosball tables in the basement should provide some fun and entertainment. The house features wood floors throughout and is very clean and uncluttered.
Entering the pool house there is a light-filled sitting area, an upstairs loft, kitchenette, powder room, and a brand new sun room, overlooking the pool and fish ponds. The pool house has an outdoor shower for quick and easy rinses after the beach and pool.
