This freshly remodeled four-bedroom, four-bathroom home is located across the street from the beach in the gated community of the Plantation, mere steps to the Plantation Club House which features a fitness center and large community pool. Other Plantation amenities include tennis courts, pickle ball court, a second community pool, nature trails and bike paths. After Dune Delight features luxury vinyl plank floors throughout the home. A variety of covered porches, a screened porch and sun decks are available on all 3 floors. The first floor features two queen suites both with en-suite bathrooms and access to the covered porch. The second floor offers a queen suite with en-suite bathroom and access to the sun deck. The living room, dining room and kitchen are also found on the second floor. The living room offers comfortable seating, TV, direct access to the sun deck and a queen sleeper sofa. The glass dining table seats six with an additional two seats found at the breakfast bar. The all white kitchen is well stocked and equipped with white appliances, quartz counters, breakfast bar and floating shelves. The third floor features a queen suite with an en-suite bathroom and private balcony.
