This newer constructed 2 story, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom Cape Style Beach Home has a 2 car garage and large kid-friendly yard. The front porch is a great place to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee while breathing in the fresh Maine ocean air!
The primary bedroom is located on the first floor with a private bath, jacuzzi tub, and king sized bed. The second bedroom located upstairs also has a queen sized bed. There are 2 more bedrooms on the second floor one with a queen and one with two twin beds. A large media/game room located on the second floor over the 2 car garage provides a great place to relax, take in a movie, or play a board game. There are televisions provided in the downstairs primary bedroom, the family room and the media/game room. This house has a king bed, two queen beds, and two twin beds.
This lovely beach home has all the modern amenities including a dishwasher, washer/dryer, central air conditioning and WI-FI. The home is located just a short walk from Goose Rock Beach's Community House where wonderful activities are provided for families including children's day camps and tennis lessons (contact Goose Rocks Beach Association for details). This beach home is located just a short drive to downtown Kennebunkport, 25 minutes to downtown Portland, and just 1.5 hours to Boston. This lovely beach house is truly a home away from home.
