As you walk up you will notice the multi level deck overlooking the lake along with the tv on the back of the house to catch the game while you are BBQ and having a great time. once you finally make it inside you will be blown away with all the cedar woodwork throughout and all the luxurious amenities. living room has not only a 82" smart tv and sound bar but also full size NBA JAMS arcade game to keep the kids and adults busy while not outside or on the water. On the first floor there is a bedroom that overlooks the lake and has a screen door with direct access to the back patio. the kids room with a bunk bed with two full size mattress. from the living room kitchen you can walk up to the loft which also has a great view of the lake and has a king size bed a pull out sofa with a queen/full mattress and a couple of chairs for sitting back and relaxing. If you go down one flight of stairs to the lower level you will find the master bedroom and bathroom which also holds the stackable washer and dryer. the master bedroom boasts wonderful views of the lake as well as its own deck that you can open the screen door to and go swing into the sunset with the wonderful porch swing or just sit outside and enjoy the weather there is table and chairs as well as a additional glider before finding the staircase down to the dock.
Dock is a single well 12x26 covered slip with large 12x30 swim platform and Party Bar loaded with 65" TV and stereo system. so if you brought your boat you will have a place to put it. There is also additional trailer parking a block up from the house at a additional cost as well as a boat ramp on the way to the house.
