The Breezy includes a private attached two-car tandem garage with direct, weather-protected access to the home. Because one vehicle parks behind the other, guests traveling with two vehicles should coordinate parking order.
Vehicle-size and clearance limitations apply. Oversized trucks, commercial vehicles, trailers, recreational vehicles, and exceptionally tall vehicles may not fit.
IN-HOME LAUNDRY AND SMART ENTRY
A full-size washer and dryer, starter detergent, and keyless smart-lock entry are provided. Check-in instructions and a unique access code will be sent before arrival.
IMPORTANT COMMUNITY CONSTRUCTION NOTICE
The Breezy is located in a newer community that remains under light construction as additional homes and improvements are completed.
Guests may occasionally see construction crews, equipment, materials, or unfinished areas and may hear minor daytime construction noise. Work is generally limited to normal daytime hours, but schedules are controlled by the builders and community and may change.
We disclose this in advance so guests can book with accurate expectations. The residence itself is complete, furnished, and ready for your stay.

• Maximum occupancy: Four overnight guests unless approved in writing. Only registered guests may stay overnight.
