You will have access to our private Guest Suite (The Studio) with a smart lock. There is a very comfortable queen size bed, a queen sized sofa bed, computer desk with chair, mini-fridge, microwave, an electric tea kettle (upon request), coffee cups, an iron with a small ironing board, two luggage racks, and TV with an Amazon Firestick to access Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, YouTube, etc.
**PLEASE NOTE** Although The Studio does have a microwave and mini-fridge, the space is NOT set up for cooking with pots, pans and kitchen supplies. Items suitable for light breakfast are provided such as bowls, cutlery, glasses and mugs.
The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer, towels, toilet paper, and basic toiletries like bath gel, shampoo and conditioner.
Free WiFi, and free parking on the left side of the driveway. Please, make sure to leave enough space for us to park on the right side.
The Studio does not share any walls with the main house where we live. We only use the pool patio to walk to our front door, which is at the opposite side of The Studio, but - if our guests are in the pool area, will go to our garage from the back . Also, we don't use the pool when we have guests, so it's totally private.
