The Buttes complex is situated ski-in/ski-out in the winter and has easy access to hiking and biking trails in the summer. Unwind with great mountain views after a long day of being outside or head to the base area with just a short walk. This 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condominium is not your typical Buttes condominium. The floor plan has been updated to offer a spacious open layout and highlights custom log work. You’ll find your kitchen, living, and dining, as well as one full bath and washer/dryer on the entry-level of this condo. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and lots of counter space to prep your meals. Comfortable seating for 6 at the dining room table. Balcony off of living room with southwest views of the base area and surrounding mountains. Large flat-screen TV in the living room with gas fireplace, plush couch (with sleeper sofa), and 2 additional chairs for entertaining. Both bedrooms are located on the second floor up the custom log stairs. The master bedroom features a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and private vanity. Full sectional, jack and jill bathroom is accessed off of the master bedroom as well as the hallway for guest use. The guest bedroom also features a queen bed with a flat-screen TV. This two-level condo is located on the “backside” of the Buttes complex and does require two flights of outdoor stairs to the private entrance, just steps from the slopes. Depending on snow conditions, the ski-in/ski-out access may require immediate experience. If walking, the distance is about 75 yards. Outdoor complex parking for 1 is allotted.
The FREE Mountain Express Shuttle runs year-round for transportation to and from the Town of Crested Butte and surrounding areas. The Buttes are within close walking distance of the main transit center. The summer schedule runs every 20 minutes; the winter schedule runs every 15 minutes; shoulder seasons every 40 minutes.
Crested Butte Lodging & Property Management offers additional services for our guests that others may not. Upon your arrival, you’ll find that we supply all linens, towels, and paper goods. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, starter shower kits, coffee packets with powder creamer and sugar, kitchen towels, dish sponges, dish soap, and dish detergent.
